Yesterday I was asking Sophia what she wanted for lunch. She said, "Well, Miss Alisha says we need to have a grain everyday." I said, "So what does that mean?" She said, "Well, I guess I better have some toast with cinnamon sugar on it!"
So if you are not sure what a grain is ... well, it is cinnamon toast.
